Would like to have a little more control over the scheduling/processing options as far as how much processing power is used from my servers and when.

Like Mon-Fri 8am-6pm i'd like to set up a ceiling of 50% usage. then 100% all other times including weekends. This is currently not possible unless you create multiple settings and manually switch machines from one setting to another then update. I'd do it manually, but A. I usually forget and B. the shear number of machines i'd have to switch manually would take up too much of my time. automating this whole process would allow me to produce a bit more processing power for this project.

I agree with your suggestion. Makes perfect sense. ...but the scheduling of what work runs when is a part of BOINC. So, the suggestion should go on the BOINC boards. I believe that would be considered part of the "core client".
