The "watchdog" is how Rosetta will end itself if the work unit gets stuck somehow. When a work unit completes and is ending then the watchdog must also be ended. This message indicates that the watchdog ended normally. So the message is about the ending "of" the watchdog... not ending "because of" the watchdog.
