I currently have 2 units running, both are at 83.33% and have stopped even though they have been working for over 11 hours. One did suddenly get to 97% but then went back to 83.33 when i restarted.

I have suspended them both and got new units. What should i do now?

I had this same problem. Another user suggested I change my preferences to work for 180 minutes (instead of the default 60 minutes) before switching to a new project, saying that Rosetta can't seem to handle stopping between 83.33% and 100%. This solved the problem and doesn't seem to adversely affect other projects.
