Technically, yes, it's still alive and working. But the tasks available for processing are appearing less and less frequently, so the picture as it is now (there are no jobs ready to be sent or even being processed) is quite common lately. It's just that more time has passed since the last batch of tasks was sent than the deadline set, and all of it have either been successfully processed and returned or canceled.
