Check:

http://predictioncenter.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu/casp7/targets/cgi/casp7-view.cgi

The target ID will be in the WU name eg: HOMOLOG_ABRELAX_hom006_t283_505_1563_0
The target number is t283.

They will also appear in the Active Work Units thread When the project team as some time to post them.

I leave my PC running all day while I'm at work. When I came home tonight it said it was working on a CASP 7. I hope it knows what to do when it's finished, because I don't.

It does the same thing it always does, it reports it's results back to the project (i.e. Rosetta@home). ...THEY then compile this with the rest of what they've learned about the protein and submit a winning structure back to CASP :) (actually they submit several structures that they think stand a good chance of being very close to matching the X-ray results).

The only difference between a CASP work unit and a "normal" work unit, is that we already know the shape of the normal work unit protein. So the graphic display will show a "Natural" box with that shape in it. The CASP work unit will not because we do not know the shape of the CASP proteins.

In any case you do not need to do anything different. The system knows what to do.
