all options in compute preferences of the suspending options are unchecked but ... even with max CPU use at 50% the not in use behavior override the preference !

Seems like they've withdrawn 7.24 and describe 7.24.1 (Mac bugfix) as a development version, with 7.22.2 back to the recommended version
I also note the VirtualBox version they now offer is 7.0.6, though I currently have 7.0.10 installed fwiw
