Are we anywhere close to having a native client for the M1 Macs? Running with Intel emulation is probably wasting a lot of efficiency and it also seems reserve a lot of RAM. Only 3-4 concurrent threads seems possible on a 16GB Mac (with max 90% RAM usage setting in Boinc preferences).

Einstein@home supposedly runs native on M1 and M2 Macs now.

Even better, PrimeGrid recently released an update to use our GPUs, apparently using OpenCl, not Metal.
