Hi,
Within the last couple of days I have downloaded the Pi4 image for F4C with ethernet only.

Used Ballina Etcherto write it to the SD card. (genuine Sandisk128)

It boots, DCHP has assigned it an IP address on my router and I can see activity.

The issue is, I cant access the webserver on the Pi itself, I am getting a 'refused to connect' error.

Any suggestions?

PS. I have just imaged a pi3 and that is working fine (although no jobs for it)
