Several days have passed since I've received any Rosetta tasks.

What's up? Or more to the point, what's not?

Sounds like you need to increase the resource share for Rosetta@home (relative to your other projects) to give it a chance to run.

Alternatively, you may be encountering the same issue as in this thread. Check your event log for messages of the form
[Rosetta@home] Tasks won't finish in time

A very old 2 core system running multiple projects (and given the projects that it's running) it's not going to see a lot of Rosetta work unless you increase the Resource share significantly.
And set the cache to zero (or close enough to it) to help it along.
