I'm not so interested in credits I know, but it struck me the other day that I should say it out loud for the benefit of new arrivals who may not have known. I don't think it's been mentioned recently. As far as why they didn't validate, it's not clear from what we can see, but I seem to remember the info does get back to the project and the task does still provide useful data to them I hope. If i'm not wrong validation error means no useful data for science... It certainly can mean that, but also it can be some result outside of an anticpated range.
