Hi team, I am not sure this is the right place to ask but I ask firstly my team. It's about Robetta@home. I see some Job ID and Domain ID with Completed status on Robetta queue but still having tasks in progress on a pc. It's that normal? For example for: http://robetta.bakerlab.org/domain.php?id=19592 I have (2 still running): rb_03_28_19679_19592_ab_t000__robetta_IGNORE_THE_REST_03_11_904141_32_0 (Completed) rb_03_28_19679_19592_ab_t000__robetta_IGNORE_THE_REST_08_10_904141_32_0 (Completed) rb_03_28_19679_19592_ab_t000__robetta_IGNORE_THE_REST_06_10_904141_32_0 (In progress) rb_03_28_19679_19592_ab_t000__robetta_IGNORE_THE_REST_03_11_904141_25_0 (In progress) I see the names are different but I don't know what the latest digits are. I just want to be sure I am not running some tasks for nothing since job@domain looks completed. Sorry I am new in these. Thanks, Iulian |

Hi Iulian, Not sure if this will help you?. I see you are running F@H as well as R@H, I found out that CPU work units on R@H run very, very slow if you are running just one CPU task on F@H. I went F@H icon, right click then "Advanced Control" then "Configure" then "Slots" and then removed all CPU tasks, just running GPU task on F@H, my CPU work units on R@H speeded up. Hope this helps. All the best. |

Hi, Haddington Thx a lot for reply I already removed CPU slot on F@H due different reason (CPU received not covid-19 direct related tasks). Anyway, I rarely received CPU tasks on F@H, even on GPU's (f@H is overloaded these days); my PC always runs R@H Wu's ~1/2 slower than some almost identical pc's on R@H, I don't know why ( I did some research such as HT on/off, machine load and so; no solution to speed up). But I was surprised by out of memory errors on R@H on recent tasks since I have 64GB RAM. Of course this is different by the question about Robetta@home 'duplicated' tasks. I saw R@H is only 32bit available. Iulian |

Hi Iulian, I have also had problems, my old 32bit, i3, 4core, 6gb, running windows XP laptop will only do Rosetta mini wu, won't run Rosetta 4 wu. My i5 laptop 64bit, 4core, 8gb running windows 7 and my i3 laptop will not run on F@H for some reason!. I don't think you can beat a desktop computer. All the best Iulian. |

Hi, Haddington I saw this on one of the message boards... When there are no wu on F@H set to "Medium" power then press "Stop Folding" wait 15 seconds then press "Start Folding" wait 15 seconds and set to "Full" power, Wait awhile and you should start to get wu for CPU or GPU or both. Works for me. |

R@H a lot of credit diff (48 vs 1083) for same CPU effort. Looks strange. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=1136321303 https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=1136321310 |

Sorry I will quit Boinc & R@H for a bit. Both are far away annoying than F@H. |

Such an ingenious way of using the players' creativity for scientific purposes! |

Reached 10,000,000 credits on Carl Sagan F@H team https://stats.foldingathome.org/team/157071 Sadly so less people on Carl teams over the world. My shame too, I am on that once every ten years. |

Sorry to see you go, Iulian, but either through Folding or Rosetta you're helping in the fight against COVID-19 I am here back, all Rosetta & Rosetta mini looks still works well, just take loooong time each about three days but in deadline. |
