Now that they increased the default WU duration, I'd expect to see a decrease in the number of WU being sent back, but an ever increasing RAC as each WU will return more decoys than before,

It was only for a short time, it's back to 8 hours again.


I'd expect to see a decrease in the number of WU being sent back, but an ever increasing RAC as each WU will return more decoys than before,
Not if the Credit function is working properly. Credit should be paid for the number of FLOPs (Floating Point operations per second) done for Valid work, not the number of Decoys done- as they vary depending on the type of data being processed.
Only a more efficient application should result in increased Credit per hour for a given system. ie- more work (FLOPs) is done per hour.

The first batch of work i got with the new application was actually resulting in less Credit per Task. Will have to see how things go when processing resends.
