Hello, i had an account. I used it time ago, had some credits, but i switched email inside and everything was just lost, credits and everything (obviously).
So i created a new account with previous email, but now everything is 0. 0 Cobblestones, 0 credits. 0 Link to World Community Grid (where i have a lot of credits).

Why? As far as i know, rosetta works on email, and should automatically link with WCG. What happened?
