I have 3 computers crunching for R@H and recently the returned results are sticking on Outcome unknown. Results have not been credited towards points since 18th, 21st and 23rd March respectively, 33 results in all. Usually they stay Unknown for about 24 hours. Any ideas?

Robin looking at the ones for each machine (in green) that show unknown it is because as far as Rosetta is concerned you are still working on them. If on your machines at home there is no record of these WUs then they are what is called 'ghost WU's' You can do a search on these on these boards but it basically is that YOU NEVER GOT THEM! The system here 'thinks' it sent them to you but there was something 'wrong' with the servers/net at the time and they never reached you!.

Don't worry, you have not 'lost' any credit as you never actually worked on them.

Thjey will eventually timeout, go to red and disappear in a few weeks.

I don't think that can be the case. In one case, a machine was crunching away for days and I have seen it complete a number of work units. Some were sent automatically, others when I clicked on upgrade. The Status Unknown jobs were genuinely computed on my machine, but for some reason are not being credited

I realise that I was mistaken, the green ones are in the queue to be done. I just forced two results through and they have appeared on my list! Sorry for the false alarm
