Hello, I have been getting a fairly surprising number of invalid work units on my r7 1700 and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to mitigate this issue. Below are three examples https://boinc.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=992730927 https://boinc.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=992654705 https://boinc.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=992631972 Also, I'm afraid I don't understand why some work units run for 18,000 seconds and give 20 credits, like the one below: https://boinc.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=992702726 If anyone has anything to comment, feel free. |

Hello, I have been getting a fairly surprising number of invalid work units on my r7 1700 and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to mitigate this issue. Below are three examples The first 3 WU are bad. Your crunching is OK. If you look at the other computer that crunched it with you, they also had an error. They look "fine" from your end. Xy_0065_ajrf_SAVE_ALL_OUT_569984_493 Too many errors (may have bug) Too many total results The long run and low credit issue is probably a Rosetta problem too. It looks like the WU got stuck in a loop. |
