Hey, I just thought it would be cool if rosetta kept a log of one's personal rmsd scores and/or low energies, so that you could see how good your personal scores are. I know that the stdout file contains your rmsd/energy scores for the current WU, but it gets deleted every time you start a new WU. I figure this is a pretty simple modification and it would open the door for someone to write a GUI to graph those results.

There is actually a variation on this available. You can view your lowest energy for a particular protine run as compared to other users from This page. It does take a few moments for these pages to load because there is a lot of data so be aware of that.
