Hello !!

Rosetta@Home's graphics show me that my computer is sometimes running at "full atom relax".
I'd just like to know if this is something "normal", seeing that I bought my computer quite recently (it's a 3.0 GHz with 1024 MB).

"Full Atom Relax" has nothing to do with your computer. It is a run parameter that is used for Rosetta Work Units. That is but one single parameter amoung many possible Work Unit configurations. It is part of the science and it is normal.
