They seem to "come and go" with the different types of workunits. I have also noticed there is a disturbing amount of hosts like this one, and this one, and this one etc etc etc that have downloaded hundreds of results but for one reason or another as listed in stderr_out all have zero CPU time before they are returned as failures.
