Perhaps I'm totally confused... When I log in (rosetta@home) I get a user account#. Is that my BOINC user #, 'cuz if so it's linking to the wrong person!

I'm trying to put up a stats sig (boincstats.com) in another forum but it shows stats for a different user name, crunching a different project.

I searched boincstats.com for my user name and it found it, but linked to this other guys project stats with the same user# as found on my login page at Rosetta@home...

Help?

To clean the situation, remove on your computer the Rosetta's cookie, then retry to connect via Your account in the Rosetta website. It will ask you your email and password. This should work.

Thanks for the help. I figured it out... BOINC took a while to get my boinc id# posted. I was mistakenly using my rosetta ID. Oops. :^(

My account has the name "Jeff" on it instead of my username. I didn't get an option to enter my username (Ariendiablo)and it automatically used the admin name from my computer.

Odd. This is the only time this has happened and I wanted it to have the same account name as the other projects I am running (under Ariendiablo).

At least the email is the same. Any thoughts?

Ari, welcome to Rosetta!
If you're already logged on to Rosetta, you should be able to just click this link and set up your identifier to be whatever you want. Otherwise, I got there by clicking "Participants" at the top of this message board display. Then clicking other information. There another link under Participants where you can change your EMail address.
Add this signature to your EMail:
Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might!

That was just the thing I needed to know. Now I have that data, I followed your directions and it worked out just fine.

Thank you again and thank you for the welcome.
