I am launching the unix client using

/run_client -attach_project https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta <MY_KEY>

everything seems to start correctly but then I get this error message

2005-12-28 11:29:36 [https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/] Scheduler request to https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta_cgi/cgi failed with a return value of 500
2005-12-28 11:29:36 [https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/] No schedulers responded

and it detaches itself from this project. Can someone offer advice on this?

Have you used BOINC 5.xx?

500 is an internal Server error (http://boinc-doc.net/boinc-wiki/index.php?title=Error_Code), try it again, maybe it was only a temporary failure.
