I am positive this isn't a Boinc client issue as I am also running SETI@home and the two devices show combined result for that project.

So have I missed something I need to turn on or does this project not combine results for two different OSes?

Not entirely clear where you are looking for them to reflect each-other. Are you running both under the same user account?

I'd suggest you post the question, with some additional background, on the Number Crunching board.
