The most telling part of the logfile, I think, is this string: [quote]ABORT: bad to aa_rotno_to_packedrotno [quote]aa,rot1/2/3/4: 5 0 1 0 0 I tried using a more recent version of BOINC (5.4.x), but that crashes Rosetta@home (and other sub-programs) silently instead of crashing with an error message. |
