I am new to rossetta, i have just been running it for 2 days.. I have understood that the less energy it calculates, the better it is.. But what are RMSD ? I noticed that the better it worked out, the lower the RMSD are. So where is the best place the red squares can be in the plots?? lower left corner? Thanks Paolo |

You are on the right track. Here is some information on RSMD. RSMD is a comparison of your model to a known structure. An RSMD of zero would be a perfect match. By comparing the computed model to the known structure, the scientists will learn how accurate their method of prediction is. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |
