You may enroll in several BOINC projects. It is one of the nice things about BOINC, you install and learn to use one manager, and can run many different science applications. However, you do have to create a user account with each project that you want to do work for. You have created an account with Rosetta, it is the one you are using to post on these message boards. Now... "at the same time"?? No, if your machine has 2 CPUs, then only two tasks will be running. And BOINC will schedule things to allocate time amongst all of your projects. You might run 5 projects, and may have a task for each of the 5 downloaded, but they don't all run at the same time. It's actually a more efficient use of your computer to only run one task per processor. Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might! https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ |
