I'm running a 2.1 GHz G5 iMac with the latest update of OS X Tiger. Rosetta ran great for months. Recently though, when Rosetta runs and the Mac goes into screen saver mode, then the monitor cuts off, the system freezes. I have to power off/on each time. When Rosetta is deactivated and the computer cycles to screen saver then off its wakes up with a move of the mouse. Does anyone know why this is happening?

There have been some issues with the screensaver, although you are the first Mac use I recall reporting any problems. Please participate in this thread so we can gather all the screensaver details in one place.
