After no work for quite a while, I got some tasks this morning.

They run **very** slowly.

If any other BOINC tasks are running, cpu usage is less than 0.1% and ETA is 10 days!

If no other BOINC tasks are running cpu usage is around 3% per task, which is normal.

Win 11 24H2, 64gb ram, 14900kCPU, RTX 4xxx GPU

Ideas?
