I've pretty much given up on Rosetta. It used to be my back-up project for World Community Grid, but between Computation Errors, "stuck" tasks (runs for 34 hours, never gets past 37%, then fails). and feast/famine task availability, I'm out. I am currently using a project called "SiDock" for a few weeks and it works in a predicable manner.

I may be back to R@H, but the science team seems a bit too uninterested in what's going on with their work units for me to wait for a change.

That is what RALPH is for. Alpha and Beta testing before release to Rosetta.
But probably since hardly anyone signs up on RALPH they just try them on their end and if they work, toss them out.

Are you kidding?
When, very rarely, they released works on Ralph, it finished after few hours.
There is a lot of volunteers ready to test wus...

IF that is the case, then why the botched tasks two times now?
Obviously not tested on RALPH.

I run SIDock as well. Never any problems. Just occasional server problems on their end. But you know the story to that. Growing faster than they can get funding and equipment.

Also check out TN-Grid Platform. That runs without problems.
Non BOINC I run Folding at home.
