My system seems to pause then the battery is at 100% and the charger is plugged in because the phone stops charging, thus BOINC suspends work (why cant the devs set it to work on units when battery is at or above 99% even is the status is not charging, this would then overcome this issue)

I'm having a similar problem, even if Boinc is set to run when charging or battery. I tried using less cores 2 instead of 4 (50% of the Samsung A31 cores) it keeps changing from running to suspended.
Its Android 10 and Boinc 7.16.16 and other projects just work fine.
Its something wrong with Rosetta@Home WU for Android?

I see the same. It's lucky if Rosetta on Boinc Android runs at all, so I'm just grateful it's running 3 cores on my Samsung S10
