Hello, I'm quite new to Rosetta@home family. This is a snippet from /var/log/syslog ... Apr 23 01:09:07 xxxx boinc[1017]: 23-Apr-2020 01:09:07 [Rosetta@home] Computation for task Mini_Protein_binds_IL6R_COVID-19_1p9m_1_SAVE_ALL_OUT_IGNORE_THE_REST_3re7tz6r_924135_1_0 finished Apr 23 01:09:07 xxxx boinc[1017]: 23-Apr-2020 01:09:07 [Rosetta@home] Output file Mini_Protein_binds_IL6R_COVID-19_1p9m_1_SAVE_ALL_OUT_IGNORE_THE_REST_3re7tz6r_924135_1_0_r600546718_0 for task Mini_Protein_binds_IL6R_COVID-19_1p9m_1_SAVE_ALL_OUT_IGNORE_THE_REST_3re7tz6r_924135_1_0 exceeds size limit. Apr 23 01:09:07 xxxx boinc[1017]: 23-Apr-2020 01:09:07 [Rosetta@home] File size: 112465343.000000 bytes. Limit: 100000000.000000 bytes ... It looks like result file was slightly larger than expected and upload was denied by Rosetta server. Does that mean results of 8 hours of work are lost? Can I do something to prevent this from happening? Should I report this somewhere? |
