I am a 41 year old webMethods software developer who works in Battle Creek, Michigan. The small city of more than 50,000 is corporate headquarters of Kellogg's. I commute there from Ypsilanti where I live with my wife and our cat. In August 2008 we got married in Traverse City, Michigan.
I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems. Since 2005 I have completed a C++ Programming Certificate, Computer Programming Associate and in May, 2011 achieved a Computer Information Systems Transfer Associate at Washtenaw Community College.

Retired System: Completed a work unit in 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. This system died in November 2007 and was not replaced until January 2009 due to me splitting my time between college, work, getting married, and the sickness and eventual death of my father-in-law.

Protein Folding looks like it will become beneficial to mankind in many ways, including eliminating many diseases.
This could eventually move us into a Utopian like existence. Which has been written about many times in literature and envisioned in movies. What if we could cure cancer with a pill or shot just like we do currently with other previously life threatening diseases?! |
