file_deleter boinc Is Not Running?

It is only used by the project people and so shouldn't affect us BOINC volunteers unless the number of files grows large like it did for SETI. As part of the beta testing, we're monitoring the rate and amount of data produced in order to ensure that our backend hardware/software is going to be robust enough to handle the data flow in and out of the BOINC system.
