I assumed you meant http://boinc-wiki.ath.cx

That page describes what happens when the log files mention "UNHANDLED EXCEPTION", but you'll notice that the text I quoted doesn't mention that. The most telling part of the logfile, I think, is this string:

I tried using a more recent version of BOINC (5.4.x), but that crashes Rosetta@home (and other sub-programs) silently instead of crashing with an error message.
