I just downloaded rosetta and I can't finda way to send my sequences for modelling, can anyone help, please?

"Rosetta" is a computer program used to predict protein structure. "Rosetta@home" is a project that strives to make improvements on that program. Rosetta@home does not allow you to submit targets.

BakerLab also offers some use of the Rosetta program along with hosting the computing power. This is called Robetta. Perhaps that is what you were looking for.

Otherwise, you will have to provide the computing resource, and can license the Rosetta software, details here.
