hello, im into two project, but my BOINC manager is doing only ONE project at time while the second one is off... how to change set so that it could run two at time???

The client will switch between projects about every 60 minutes (default). Running more than one per CPU at a time is conterproductive since so much time is lost in the state changes.

If you mean the 2 CPU computer check your settings in General preferences

so that "On multiprocessors, use at most" is set to 2 or more.
