Hi everyone, i'm having a small issue with my rosetta CPID (cross-project ID). The issue is that the CPID from rosetta is not the same has the one i got in other projects i'm currently using in boinc. Is there a way to solve this ? Thanks in advance for an answer. |

Did you use the same e-mail address when you created the Rosetta ID? Yes, i've used the same e-mail when i created the account. But recently i've updated my e-mail address (since it changed) on rosetta and the other projects. On all the other projects the CPID is the same, but in rosetta is not. |

Did you use the same e-mail address when you created the Rosetta ID? Did you get an e-mail confirming the update? It sometimes takes a few days for the change to be registered, but you should have received a confirmation. EDIT: I just checked BOINCStats, and while it currently shows the CPID ad different, it still seems to be pulling all your projects and stats ok. Moderator9 ROSETTA@home FAQ Moderator Contact |

Did you use the same e-mail address when you created the Rosetta ID? Hi, thanks for your reply. I've received the e-mail and clicked the link a few days ago. I've checked my stats just a few minutes ago, and now everything seems to be ok. All the projects i'm participating now have a new CPID, and it's the same among all projects, so the problem is now solved ! Probably, it's like you said, it may take some time for the system to update when you make changes. Thanks for your help. |
