Hi,

I would like to apply RoseTTAFold to a protein which is composed of three identical units of polypeptide
(a homo-trimer). Do I need to generate paired alignments between the three chains? Does anybody have an script
able to do this task?

thanks.

Hi,

You should contact the Baker Lab directly because no one responsible for Rosetta@home or Rosetta reads these forums.
