I wonder if you can make it use two or three or four cores on one task, because I can only use one core for one task?

BOINC can run as many cores as you like, but the Rosetta work units each run in a single core. So if you have a multi-core machine and configure BOINC to allow multiple cores to run, it can process multiple Rosetta tasks at the same time.

But no, Rosetta is not multi-threaded and can only utilize one CPU per task.

I realize you posted this to the "wish list", and so it sounds like you probably already understand my comments above. What is behind your wish for multiple active threads on a single task rather than multiple tasks?
