I use
windows XP x64 SP2,
boinc_6.6.3_windows_x86_64
and
minirosetta_1.54_windows_x86_64 runs in *32 mode, is it normal?
and preview versions as i remember too

yes, the "64 bit version" is a wrapper of the 32bit version, allowing 64bit machines a way to successfully process work.
