Seems like graphics are back, and they are different from those we're used to. Can anyone from the project tell us about them? Will they keep changing or is this the final version for now? |

Our goal is to ultimately have the Minirosetta graphics be either the same as the old rosetta graphics (which I really like) or the same as those used in the rosetta game. We have put simple graphics in for now as there are some complications with both of these possibilities, and we have been focused on getting the core routines of Minirosetta in shape for CASP8 which begins next week. |

I will admit that I was happy with the Beta version with the graphs. The Mini version looks nice but isn't as fun to watch as the previous version. I would like to know how that was actually done so I may be able to incorporate such graphics into some applications I am currently working on. |

Gave you a better idea of what was going on. Rather than just floating a protein around on a black background (which is rather difficult to zoom as well). |

EDIT: but no protein is displayed in version 1.19 I'm still only using boinc 5.10.20 but I am watching the graphics in v1.19. They take a few seconds to appear though. |
