My old computer's hard drive failed and I bought a new one. I would like to remove the old one from my list of computers that my account shows I have. Thanks. |

Once all the tasks assciated with that host have been removed from the database you can delete it. If the CPU and OS have not changed you may be able to merge it with the new host sooner though. BOINC WIKI BOINCing since 2002/12/8 |

Thanks. My new computer is a new CPU and different OS, so how do I delete the old computer from my lists of computers? |

No need to worry about it. When it fails to report in anymore, it will drop from your list of "active" hosts. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |
