I just joined ROSETTA@HOME. By becoming a member of rosetta@home, I also want to upload my work units instead of only doing works downloaded from rosetta@home. Say, I have a big bunch of rosetta simulation tasks, I want to using rosetta@home to get all the job done quickly, how can I do that? or is that possible to submit jobs to rosetta@home? Thanks, Guoli |

The tasks being done on Rosetta@Home are sent by the servers in Dr. Baker's lab. If you wish to use Rosetta to perform research on your own proteins, you won't get that from Rosetta@Home. You can view information on licensing Rosetta at http://www.rosettacommons.org/ Then you could use the program on your own machines to conduct your research. If you do not have the computing resources, then I believe you are looking for "Robetta" rather then Rosetta. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |
