well... that's the problem :) The credits aren't good towards anything other then your contentment that you are helping advance the science of mankind. So far as I know, the same is true for all BOINC projects.

The credits are a rough measure of how many computing power you have contributed.

I acknowledge the irrelevance of these scores in the overall picture. Nevertheless, the comparitive values are of a secondary interest to many. Would it be possible to publish (and explain) the formulas used in some easily accessible place -- I wouldn't think that there should be any reason to hide this information.

Anticipating the concern that this might generate a lot of support questions, I suggest adding a disclaimer that any support on this matter would be the lowest priority.
