Please help. Does the indicated diagram ever change in the Native section of the screen?

I mean the indicator changes always on the "Searching All Atoms", "Accepted", and "Low Energy" indicators. But does it ever change on the "Native" indicator?

Hi Omar,

no, it does not. The reason is quite simple: "Native" means the true, experimentally determined shape of the protein. In other words it is the blueprint that Rosetta is compared against when its accuracy is judged.

[Of course that is also within the limits of experimental error, which largely depends on the size of the protein and the method(s) used to determine its structure.]

Regards,

Christoph
