Unable to reattach to projects

I tried to reattach using the reattach wizard but I was unable to reattach. I had some problems with Rosetta so I detached from project, I was then unable to reattach again. Can someone explain what I should put in the HTTP Server & SOCKS server boxes I assume that User Name is my user name, I have created passwords for each project, do I use this or the account key?
