Is the proyect duplicated with folding@home?
rosetta@home uses Boinc, folding@home no.

and welcome aboard.

That question arises often and has been addressed in some threads. You might read this thread, which discusses it and gives further links for reading.

Though, in short: no, it is not a duplication, both are doing different things in related fields of protein studies. Rosetta tries to predict the structure of Proteins, that is the final result of the folding process. Folding tries to track the process of folding itself on a very short time scale. You might say both are doing a crash test and one tries to predict the result while the other one is more interested in what exactly happens when during the crash.
