I again have a number of job upload transfers with progress 100% Size xx.xx/xx.xx MB where xx.xx == xx.xx and Status "Upload: pending (projekt backoff: 00:xx:yy"

Closing and opening has no effect.

This typically seems to happen when our firewall closes and I have to refresh my Internet session (logon again to gain access to internet). What I see in stedoutae.txt

but I do not know if this relates to a current upload attempt. What I don't understand is why retry an upload when it was uploaded for 100%. Was this not registered with the rosetta servers? Could someone check that for me?
