I've only been a member for a number of years and was surprised that my profile was either not created or was somehow deleted. So much for having a long term memory....... Anyway been with Rosetta for quite awhile. I haven't joined any groups so far, not sure why other than I want to pursue this project in memory of my mom as she was the reason I got onto this Project. The day after her diagnosis of terminal brain cancer was when I joined, perhaps in helping to find a cure or something. Yea, I know, some may say "Too little, too late." But I would prefer to say "Better late than never !" in joining and searching for clues or answers. 1 1/2 years after losing mom I was diagnosed with Leukemia, type CLL. Been through the chemotherapy, immunotherapy and about 4 months in hospital during, and I am so happy that the Leukemia is in remission. Each day now is a gift and I appreciate every minute of life. It should not take facing one's mortality to teach such a valuable lesson, but, "better late than never !"
I'm not a joiner of groups, but I do enjoy making new friends !
