Your opinions about Rosetta@home
I am a frustrated Biochemist/Industrial Pharmacologist, being as those were my B.Sc. and M.Sc. fields. I was always intrigued about protien folding with the chemist in me always wondering how it ended up the correct 'shape' even when 360 degree rotations are possible in certain places! It must have something to do with the the sequence done 'so far' in proximity to whatever is building it. But I could never find any really satisfactory explanation in the then current literature. I look forward to the results from you project Rosetta.
