Glad you came by. How is your farm running with the new software? Is the time setting helping you at all? How about memory issues, any problems there?

@M9, Sorry I missed your post... Yes, the timing settings have helped tremendously. I no longer have problems with my ISP cutting me off. As to the memory issues, Recently I have had some failures with "Resource Limit exceeded"errors, but I'm not sure exactly why that happens as I have at least 512MB on all but two machines, that have 256MB of RAMBUS memory. (I have another 512MB for each of those two but haven't gotten around to installing them.

I just had a failure on a machine that I believe was caused by my viewing the graphics. It is a A64 x2 4400+ w/ 1GB memory, SLI duel Graphics boards w/ 256MB each.

Somehow I get the feeling 4.97 is NOT ready for prime time.... 24 of 25 WU's failed running at Rosetta since about 5:20 EDT yesterday, and 15 of 16 running at Ralph since it was released...... Hopefully this can be resolved without having to wait until Monday..... Hopefully

Is there any status on the Merge Computer" glitch ( besides being diabled)? Some of my compters have two or three different ID#'s and I'd like to get them back under one ID#.... I've merged them a few times, but this latest split have been since Merge was disabled...

I re-started it inside Boinc and it stopped at the same spot that it did the first time. I aborted it... <shrug>

I had one stuck at 1% showing 5 hours 56 minutes CPU time (using Boinc) ...(HB_Barcode_30_1ctf_351_16616_0)... I'm currently running it outside of Boinc, and it's at 44.6% in 54.5 minutes. Question: If I let it finish outside will I be able to send it in using Boinc or should I abort it??
