Some projects have a "don't run test/beta" option. Which could be useful.

Rosetta has Ralph@Home

I am aware of Ralph. I would guess the request for the feature to run selected apps was due to the 4.03 app being tested here before being officially released.

agree with mod sense that it may be a feature of more recent server codes

That's not true! On https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/home.php Rosetta gives links to the following stats sites, linking directly to the users own stats -if the links are not dead yet-:

    BOINCstats
    BOINC Statistics for the WORLD!
    BOINC all Project Stats
The Knights Who Say 'Ni!' (dead)
    BOINC Combined Statistics
Team Starfire World BOINC Stats 'N Stones (dead)

All the original poster asks for is to include that page as can be found on the FreeDC site. For me that would be http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=76d20230028d9ceee3a1aa52fcf14dd4

I dunno. Every other project that had a version of server greater than rosetta has Free-DC replacing Team Starfire World BOINC Stats 'N Stones. So it seems likely that there is a default list provided with BOINC. You could always download the server VM & give it a look.

4) Message boards : Number crunching : which cpu´s are you using for rosetta? (Message 78296)

I have 8 of my old PowerEdge 2850 servers running Rosetta as a backup when SETI@home doesn't have Astropulse works to do.
6 - Dual 1c/2t CPU 3.0GHz
2 - Dual 1c/2t CPU 2.8GHz
So burning 32 at a time right now for me.
